A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm or book an event. All events must be paid in prior to the event date. Payments accepted are Cash, Money Orders, Credit Card (secured by Square), Zelle (magiccityinmotion@gmail.com) Apple Pay (205-261-8490), Cash App ($MagicCityInMotion), PayPal (magiccityinmotion@gmail.com) and Venmo (@MagicCityInMotion). No personals checks accepted.
All deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a future event of equal or greater value of the cancelled contracted event if the new event is within ONE CALENDAR YEAR from original date booked. After that all monies will be forfeited. All monies paid towards the booking is considered to be a part of the deposit, MAGIC CITY IN MOTION LLC shall have no responsibility or liability for failure to supply any services when prevented from doing so because of strikes, accidents or any cause beyond MAGIC CITY IN MOTION LLC control, or by orders of any governmental authority, except to return said retainer fee within sixty (60) days.
Only if the booking is cancelled due to Covid mandates 50% of all monies paid will be refunded within 5-7 business days. MAGIC CITY IN MOTION LLC staff is required to comply with COVID-19 Proclamations in the performance of work. This is true irrespective of when the COVID-19 proclamations are issued.
